Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas, using chemical-free cleaning techniques and specialized high-end equipment.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, handwashing, steaming, and organizing clothing and linens with precision and care. Packing and inventory management are also required.
- Maintain general housekeeping with care and knowledge of appropriate procedures to ensure high-end finishes are not damaged in their care.
- Handle custodial responsibilities, including trash disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in staff shared areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing household needs promptly and professionally while respecting privacy and confidentiality. Additionally, you must be a productive team member who fosters a professional and pleasant working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, specifically in High Net Worth homes with a team of full-time, professional private service staff
- Skilled in various organic and chemical-free cleaning techniques, including high-end laundry, floor care, care of antiques, art, and other finer properties, and general housekeeping management, including daily, seasonal, and heavy cleaning/maintenance tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach to household management and guest interactions. Must be a team player, happy to assist other staff as needed
- Previous experience in HNW homes is required. You must have excellent references from previous long-term employers that demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced environments with exacting standards.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
