Job Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to manage day-to-day remodeling projects — kitchens, basements, additions, and whole-home updates. This person will take ownership of the jobsite, keep projects on schedule, and communicate clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy problem-solving on the fly, and know how to keep a project moving, we’d like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and clean, safe jobsites
- Communicate with homeowners about schedules, progress, and any changes
- Read plans, take measurements, and handle basic layout and carpentry tasks
- Track materials, labor, and changes to stay within budget
- Identify and solve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain good relationships with clients and trade partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running residential remodeling or small construction jobs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and finish details
- Ability to read drawings and understand the sequence of construction
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer or smartphone skills for scheduling and photos
