Lifestyle Physicians is hiring a PA to join our clinical team across two Northern Virginia locations. We're an established outpatient medical practice with a hybrid model — combining traditional primary and preventive care with a growing focus on integrative and longevity medicine. Training provided in our integrative protocols.
What you'll do:
- Manage a broad outpatient panel — preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, weight management, lipid and cardiometabolic care
- Order and interpret labs, develop treatment plans, follow patients longitudinally
- Learn and apply integrative protocols: peptide therapy, hormone optimization, gut health, IV nutrient therapy
- Work alongside a triple board-certified supervising physician with structured mentorship
Who we're looking for:
- NCCPA-certified, Virginia license or eligible
- 2 years outpatient experience preferred
- Solid clinical foundation, good communicator, team-oriented
- Interest in expanding skills beyond conventional practice
