Salary: $48-55/hour.

Benefits: Health insurance, Paid Time Off, Retirement Plan, Paid Sick Leave, $2,000/year for continuing education or student loan repayment, Relocation Assistance potential. One-on-one patient care without overlapping patients, 30-45 minute daily treatment visits and 60-minute evaluations.

Lifestyle Physical Therapy is a privately owned company local to the Tri-Cities, providing high quality, evidence-based care to our community. Our practice primarily works with orthopedic patients including work injuries, sports injuries, motor vehicle accident, post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and other orthopedic injuries. Lifestyle PT strives to provide our community with the best quality care our profession can provide, including exercise-based care, functional activity training and education, work and sport specific training, and manual therapy. From initial evaluation to discharge, we work with patients one-on-one to ensure the best results throughout therapy.

We are currently a small team in the process of growing and expanding our clinic due to excellent response from the community. Lifestyle PT is looking for PTs who are excited to grow clinically and be a part of a fantastic and supportive team focused on our patients and growing our practice.

Duties include:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate with patients, patients' families, physicians, and staff
• Assist in the general operation of the clinic

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master's degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Possess or be eligible for Washington State licensure
