What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer position at Lifestyle Performance Training?
At Lifestyle Performance Training we have two primary goals:
1. Creating a gym environment that everyone feels comfortable and confident in starting a fitness journey.
2. Personal Trainers should be able to earn an income that allows them to build their life outside of the gym without the need for other employment or promotions.
To accomplish these two things, we offer competitive pay that meets or beats any other employer out there for personal trainers. Paid time off with the lowest required time of employment and weekly hours than any other gym or studio.
Because of this we employ amazing trainers for our clients. We only do 1 on 1 personal training at our studio to assure clients that there will never be loud classes or crowds of other members to make them feel uncomfortable being in the gym.

Primary role of a Personal Trainer:
-Workout program development for both in person sessions and workouts done by client on their own through our app and keeping clients up to date on session usage per their program requirements
-Nutrition coaching managed and developed for client use through our app
-Self promotion and networking to help generate some of your own new clients
-Taking initial consultation sessions to sell personal training programs for yourself
-Maintaining and managing schedule for client management and taking new appointments to prevent double booking or absences
-Attending marketing and networking events for the company to assist in generating sales appointments for yourself
-Helping with keeping facility clean
Personal Trainer job requirements:
-certified personal trainer certificate from an accredited organization
-Evening availability with at least 20 hrs per week centered during evening hours of 4-7pm Mon - Fri
-Able to develop programs for all ability and age levels
-Self management is a must

Please note our interview process requires a minimum of 2 stages of interviews before a job offer is made. This process can take a minimum of 2 weeks to complete dependent upon applicants availability.
