This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pricing Agent/Purchasing Coordinator located in West Melbourne, FL. The role involves managing purchasing processes, creating and maintaining purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. The Pricing Agent/Purchasing Coordinator will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to align purchasing strategies with company goals, as well as analyze data to manage budgets effectively and ensure operational efficiency.
- Experience with Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Procurement
- Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills for budgeting, cost comparison, and decision-making
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in relevant software systems and tools for purchasing and procurement
- Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a team
- Previous experience in the construction or homebuilding industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
