Part-Time HR Internship – March Start 🚀
We’re looking for a Global HR Intern to support our HR team across strategic and operational initiatives, with a strong focus on AI adoption, data analytics, and digital process improvement.
This is a part-time role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and is excited to apply technology, analytics, and AI tools in a real-world HR environment.
Purpose of the Role
The Global HR Intern will support the HR team across a range of initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AI, data analysis, and digital enablement. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization, and who is eager to apply generative AI and automation tools to improve HR workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- AI & Automation: Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to streamline HR workflows, draft documents, and improve reporting
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports; analyze data related to headcount, performance, time off, and employee experience
- Excel & PowerPoint: Create high-quality spreadsheets, visualizations, and presentations for HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- HR Operations: Support onboarding, offboarding, employee experience initiatives, and maintenance of HR systems and records
- Performance Management: Track timelines, organize materials, and support documentation for review and feedback cycles
- Research & Insights: Conduct market, policy, and compliance research to inform HR decision-making
- Project Coordination: Support HR technology rollouts, engagement initiatives, and special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Communications: Draft and update HR communications, guides, and policy documents
What You Bring (Required)
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g. Applied AI, Data Science, Business Analytics)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables) and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, data-driven visuals
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards, with strong attention to detail
- Experience applying AI or automation tools to improve processes, reporting, or documentation (through coursework, internships, or projects)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have / Desirable
- Previous HR internship experience, enabling you to hit the ground running in a fast-paced HR environment
- Coursework or experience in people analytics, HR technology, data analytics, or information systems
- Familiarity with HR systems, survey platforms, or data visualization tools
- Professional, proactive, and collaborative working style
- Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion, and ethical responsibility
