Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current inventory, following store standards
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and supporting merchandising initiatives
- Promote store promotions and new products through effective communication and product demos
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear and friendly communication
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demos
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Basic math skills necessary for transactions, inventory counts, and sales calculations
