We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Professional to support a 41-year-old female client who uses a wheelchair and has a wonderful, joyful personality.

She loves to laugh and enjoys positive engaging interactions. Her favorite activities include:
- Artistic and creative activities
- Watching television, cartoons, and Disney movies
- Organizing her personal belongings and keeping her space neat
She takes pride in her environment and appreciate encouragement and gentle support with daily routines.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal support and companionship
- Assisting with daily activities while promoting independence
- Engaging in creative and leisure activities of her choice
- Supporting organization and maintaining a clean, comfortable space
- Ensuring safety, dignity, and respect at all times
Available Shifts: (Must have open Availability)
- Monday - Friday - Evening Shift: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday - Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Job Responsibilities:
- Personal Support
- Support needed for all hygiene tasks
- Food preparations
- Organization of personal space and daily routines
- Light household chores and maintaining a clean environment
- Laundry and clothing organization
- Ambulation and transfers
- Encouragement with independence and daily living skills
- Ensure self-protection, safety awareness, and supervision
- Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation awareness
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice
- Support community and in-home activities
- Reporting and monitoring: following a care plan and noticing any changes in the individual’s health.
What Qualifies You?!
- Female caregiver preferred
- Comapssionate, relaible, and respectful
- Reliable Transportation
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- State issued Driver’s License
- Background Check
- CPR Certifications
- 2 years of Experience
- APD required trainings
- Must be 21 years or older
