8am-4pm Salary Range: 75,000-85,000 SUMMARY: Initiates the academics,
skills, and testing components of the Nurse Aide Training / Home Health
Aide Training Program (NAT / HHA) and other health care training
programs. The Registered NAT Trainer will work with the participants of
LifeStream?s publicly and privately funded training programs and
LifeStream?s employees to maintain regulations, deliver updated and
current health information and instruct in a manner to achieve the
optimal level of knowledge the trainees need to perform in the health
care and human services field. The position is an essential part of
LifeStream?s Nursing team, and the RN NAT Trainer will assist in
coordinating and implementing the NAT / HHA curriculum for the
professionally licensed school. The RN NAT Trainer will also research,
develop, and implement health care-related trainings; maintain required
licensure of programs and instructors; update, conduct, and coordinate
classes for LifeStream staff, DTA recipients, and members of the
community. The RN NAT Trainer is responsible for the day-to-day
administration and delivery of the Nurse Aide Training/Home Health Aide
(NAT/HHA) Program and collaborates with the RN Manager of Clinical
Education to ensure the successful delivery of all nursing education
programs. The RN NAT Trainer reports directly to the RN Manager of
Clinical Education, who provides supervision, performance management,

The RN Trainer functions as the primary training program contact for
LifeStream?s Nurse Aide Training / Home Health Aide Training Program as
well as a secondary training program contact for LifeStream?s MAP
program. Function as the Primary Instructor with Division of Public
Licensure for the LifeStream NAT / HHA Program. Create, update, present
and deliver curriculum associated with LifeStream?s NAT / HHA program,
including the academic, practical and clinical portions to achieve
registry status. Deliver curriculum of the health care programs to
participants of DTA, LifeStream staff, and the community. Create, update
and present the Nurse Aide Training / Home Health Aide Training Program
with the coordination of testing by D&S Diversified Technologies, the
Division of Occupational Schools, and the Department of Public Health
NAT regulations. Function as the primary contact person to all the
appropriate local, state and federal licensing entities; to ensure
compliance with guidelines and requirements for health-related training,
including clinical sites. The RN NAT Trainer will work with the
participants of the program to maintain regulations, deliver updated and
current health information and instruct in a manner to achieve the
optimal level of knowledge the students need to perform in the health
care or human services field. Develops, Initiates and Delivers the
academic and skills curriculum for the Nurse Aide Training / Home Health
Aide Training Program to LifeStream staff, and provide tutoring as
needed for support to the staff. Coordinate scheduling, organize and
oversee testing of the NAT Program and Medication Administration for
LifeStream and the area communities as a site for evaluation by the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts testing vendor. Prepare the students for
state testing and successful completion of the program. Proctor testing
on an as needed basis. Initiate paperwork for finances associated with
outside training programs and process invoicing for private pay
