ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIES

- Willingness to abide by the company's published rules and regulations
- Be a member of the individual treatment team for an assigned number of individuals.
- Participate in comprehensive assessment of the seven areas of evaluation specified by the PACT model of care.
- Consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process.
- Document individual progress to maintain a permanent record of individual activity according to established methods and procedures.
- Participate in daily staff organizational meetings and treatment planning review meetings.
- Participate in providing treatment and substance use services.
- Mentor individuals in Recovery and Wellness strategies and model recovery skills and behaviors.
- Advocate for peers with regard to stigma issues, respect and person-centeredness within the team and the larger community.
- Participate in the on-call rotation when sufficiently experienced according to the clinical judgment of the Team Leader (unless qualified to do so by degree.) Must be available to work some weekends as assigned.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or high school degree
- Experience with adults who have severe and persistent mental illnesses.
- Driving Requirements:
- Must be Over the age of 21 required
- Minimum of 5-years driving experience required
- Possess a Valid FL Driver's license (within 30 days of hire if currently do not possess)
- Possess a continuously valid US Driver's license for the past three years, from date of issue required
- Safe Driving record required
