Position Summary
Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.
**This full-time position works Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off! **

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
- Ability to read and write
- Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
- Building Maintenance Certification
