Lifesteps is expanding services in Butler County and is hiring multiple part-time Program Aides in Butler, PA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Aide supports adults with special needs through daily activities, including crafts, community outings, and life skills development.
This role includes observing and reporting participant progress, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and transporting participants in an Agency vehicle for community-based activities.
Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. OR 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current driver’s license with the ability to travel utilizing an Agency vehicle
- Ability to obtain and maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification; training provided by Lifesteps
- First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain and maintain within six months; training provided by Lifesteps
Preferred:
- One year of experience working with adults with disabilities or in a direct care position.
