As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle only warm leads—no cold calling—engaging with customers already interested in our products. We are looking for a professional closer.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound sales & outbound sales calls from new and existing customer
- Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs
- One call close sale
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings
- Achieve & exceed sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience
- Experience in the secuirty alarm and medical devices industry preferred
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
- Energetic, persuasive, and always closing the sale approach
- Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills
- Available for evening & Saturday shifts (as required)
- This position is fully remote and the hours needed are 1:00PM-10:00PM EST
