Hours: 12:30pm-9:00PM with Sunday and a weekday off

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Union, NJ call center. This is a full-time, in-office role with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after training, based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data entry
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- At least 1-year prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
