About the Role

We’re looking for a dining professional who takes pride in providing white-glove service to our Assisted Living residents. As a Server, you’ll bring warmth and attention to detail to every table — ensuring meals are beautifully plated, thoughtfully presented, and delivered with genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional table service during resident meals

• Plate and present food with fine-dining quality and attention to detail

• Verify that all menu items are served and beautifully presented

• Offer residents alternative meal options to suit their preferences

• Share resident feedback with our culinary team to continually elevate the dining experience

• Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming dining environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

• A warm, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

• Team spirit and a passion for providing exceptional service
