What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist, ABS position at LifeSpring Health Systems?
LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a mental health therapist for our Adult Behavioral Services office in Jeffersonville, IN. A Master's degree in Social Work is required, and LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is highly preferred. This position will provide individual therapy to adult clients with a mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. This position can be a hybrid of telehealth and in office. Duties will also include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation of services in an electronic medical record. Because ABS is an FQHC location, LCSWs start at $75,000!
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- LSW/CSW, LMHCa, LMFTa or eligible
- Preferred LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana
- Strong clinical skills
- Previous experience working with clients that have a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
