LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Lead Trainer to provide training for all LifeSpring's 11 counties in Southern Indiana. The Lead Trainer will create and conduct trainings for LifeSpring's Central Division (Clark), Eastern Division (Floyd, Harrison, Jefferson, Scott and Washington), and Western Division (Crawford, Dubois, Orange, Perry, and Spencer counties). Responsibilities include all training coordination, train-the-trainer development, and fidelity support. The Lead Trainer will work closely with the Zero Suicide Project Director and Steering Council, assist with Organizational Self Study & Workforce Survey, coordinate and train Agency Staff in evidenced-based practices identified by Zero Suicide, and deliver trainings via in-person and virtual formats. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to relate to a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and education levels. Must be organized, possess excellent verbal and written skills, and be proficient with IT. A Master’s degree in social work is required, LCSW is preferred. Experience in teaching and training adult learners is also preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Divisions is required.
