Our upcoming community, The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, will be accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. Position: Receptionist

Hourly: $17.50 - $22.50 hourly, depending on experience

Service Area: 2103 9th Street Southeast, Willmar, MN 56201

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full - Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (MOD rotation for holidays and weekends)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
• Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
• Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
• Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
