Wage: $17.50-$22.50 depending on years of experience

Duties
In this position you will assist Community Life Director in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident. Duties include:
- Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance in our Memory Care or Care Suites.
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
- Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters,
- Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following:
- Care conferences
- QAPI
- Other meetings as assigned by Community Life Director.
- Professional experience in assisted living environment:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
