We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 2012 in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts available: Part Time, evenings 12 hours/week

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 depending on years of experience

Duties

In this position you will assist Community Life Director in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident. Duties include:

• Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance in our Memory Care or Care Suites.
• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
• Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters,
  
  

networking, activities which bring Family members and members of the community into the building.

• Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following:
• Care conferences
• QAPI
• Other meetings as assigned by Community Life Director.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in assisted living environment:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
