Receptionist (part time) - Urbana Place

Urbana Place, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team!

Urbana Place Senior Living is located conveniently in Brooklyn Park, MN, just off 93rd Ave N and Zane Ave North. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 103-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time 8:00am-4:30pm every other weekend only
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
• Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
• Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
• Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
