Providence Place is conveniently located on the bus route, located in southern Minneapolis in the Standish Ericcson neighborhood. Here we provide services for our seniors in a TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care, Long-Term Care and Memory Care. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting senior.
Schedule Available: Full Time Days, On Call rotation
Wage: $79,000-$86,000 Annually

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:
- Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.
- Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
- Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Consistently protects residents and tenants’ safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.
- Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer service.
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department’s budget.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Boiler License required
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as
- housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Experience in health care is preferred.
