Harrison Bay Senior Living is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It's a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and most of all help our resident Age Magnificently!
Position: Culinary Server
Hourly Wage: $15.50/hour - $20.50/hour, depending on experience, plus $500 Sign-On Bonus!
Service Area: 1861 Commerce Boulevard, Mound, MN 55364
Schedule: part-time or on-call/float shift options below
Option 1 - 0.2 FTE AM 630a-2p, every other Saturday and Sunday
Option 2 - 0.4 FTE PM 430p-8p, Week 1: Tuesday and Thursday / Week 2: Tuesday and Thursday
Option 3 - 0.6 FTE PM hours vary between 4p-8p or 430p-8p, Week 1: Sunday, Monday and Friday / Week 2: Monday and Saturday
Option 4 - 0.6 FTE PM hours vary between 4p-8p or 430p-8p, Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Option 5: On-Call/Float, hours will vary

- Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
- Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
