Role Description
The Executive Director will lead operations of a Lifespark facility located in Carver, MN, while ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of senior care services. In this full-time, on-site role, responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day management, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Executive Director will work closely with team members to align services with Lifespark’s mission, manage budgets, and foster an environment of collaboration and excellence in care delivery.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and operational management in senior care or healthcare settings.
- Regulatory and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of senior living regulations, healthcare compliance standards, and best practices in service quality assurance.
- Financial Management: Strong skills in budget development, financial planning, and resource allocation to meet operational goals.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, staff, and partners, combined with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Capacity to identify challenges, analyze data, and implement efficient, innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in senior care, value-based care, or related healthcare services. A commitment to fostering whole-person wellness is highly desirable.
