CNA, HHA - Fairway Pines

Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team!

You can find us just off Main Street, East of the Old Course Sauk Centre. We are only a few minutes away from the city center with access to shopping, good restaurants, and much more! Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7a-3p), Part Time NOC (11p-7a) every other weekend rotation included.

HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 – Based on experience!

CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 - Based on experience!

Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM and $2.00 for NOC

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
