Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNAs to join our growing team!
Park Gardens Senior Living is in Fergus Falls Minnesota across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. Our facility is 54 units a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Our team is creative, fun, and most of all help our residents Age Magnificently, join our team today!Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7a-3p), Part Time PM (3p-11p), Full Time/Part Time NOC (11p-7a), every other weekend included.
HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour
CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour
Shift Differential: $1.00 PM's, $2.00 for NOC 's
- CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
