Job Overview
Lifespan Therapy PLLC is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our growing outpatient private practice in Fletcher, NC. We are currently hiring for either a full-time position (4-day work week) or a part-time role, depending on the candidate's availability and interests.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult clients with communication, cognitive, swallowing, voice, and/or feeding disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not eligible for this position
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within the team environment
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations in a clinical setting preferred
- Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, feeding, and/or swallowing disorders
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Experience or interest in myofunctional therapy, airway-focused treatment, feeding therapy, or oral motor disorders is highly desirable. Candidates interested in pursuing specialty training in these areas are encouraged to apply.
