What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registerd Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Lifespan Behavior Services, LLC?
We have full & part-time positions available.
· Days of Operation are Mondays – Fridays
· Hours of Operation are 7:30am – 5:00pm
· Part-Time Schedules of 7:45am – 2:00pm
· Full-Time Schedules of 7:45 – 4:30 or 5:00pm
Primary Duties Include:
· Provide 1:1 behavior analytic sessions. This includes direct teaching instruction (DTI, natural environment training (NET), implement behavior reduction protocols in the clinic and school settings, and accurate data collection.
· Create materials and programs as outlined by the behavior analyst on each case.
Requirements:
· It is preferred that applicants have a year's experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or children.
· Must have a High School Diploma or GED
· Education & Psychology Majors encouraged to apply
· Be able to pass a Local & Level 2 Background Screening
Wages:
· Competitive pay rates for experienced RBTs.
· $16.00/hour for newly certified RBTs.
· Training toward certification is available for qualified applicants.
· All levels include accrued paid time off, 6 paid holidays, and the option of health insurance after the first 90 days.
