SCHEDULE: Friday and Saturday 3rd shift (11p - 7a); with an optional one 2nd shift (3p - 11p) anywhere during the week
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Associate is a direct care staff at Park Place Recovery Center. Residential Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and maintaining the therapeutic milieu and providing support for residents at PPRC. The Residential An sociate is responsible for responding to requests to report to PPRC for Ist, 2nd, or 3rd shift hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise residents ensuring they are safe and secure at all times.
- Implement milieu management system
- Orient clients to the unit and ensure clients belongings are searched and secured with client present
- Document resident daily activities
- Take phone referrals, conduct admission screens and complete admission materials
- Assist residents in utilizing acceptable coping skills
- Contribute to general cleanliness of facility
- Supervise medication administration
- Conduct I-JDS, document and complete lab requests
- Complete CPR/First Aid and other trainings to effectively provide services to residents
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Kentucky Driver's license and proof of insurance
- Acceptable background check
