POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Clinical Registered Nurse at LIFESKILLS GROUP is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to meet the needs of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to treatment, communicating any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to promote wellness and self-care.

- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.
