- Family Support and Guidance: Communicate sensitively and effectively with donor families, providing them with comfort and understanding of the organ donation process.

Requirements:
- Paramedics: Experience in critical care settings such as ICU, ER, or flight/critical care transportation. Certified Critical Care Paramedics (CCP-C) a plus!
- Effective Communicators with Empathetic Insight: Your role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide support during emotionally challenging times.
