The scientist will be a part of research programs to develop innovative technologies, execute drug discovery projects for our clients, as well as drive the development of new products and product applications. Responsibilities:

· Competency in multiple aspects of drug discovery with focus on designing and executing a variety of cell based and biochemical assays.

· Proven track record in molecular techniques, including molecular cloning, cell culture, protein expression, purification, and characterization.

· Proficient in biochemical and immunological assays (ELISA, SPR, WB, FACS, etc.).

· Independent experimental design and execution, analytical problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to stay on top of the latest scientific research related to targeted protein degradation (TPD) field, with commitment to deep knowledge in project specific biology.

· Prior experience with PROTACs and Molecular glues for protein degradation is preferred.

Qualifications:

· BS/MS in biological sciences.

· 0-10 years of laboratory experience in an academic or industrial setting.

· Experience in molecular cloning and designing expression vectors.

· Experience in protein expression, purification, and protein engineering.

· Knowledge of mass spec and biophysical techniques to study protein structure and function.

· Experience in assay development and HTS.

· Knowledge of the PROTAC and ubiquitin proteasome pathway is desirable.

· Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

· Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team.
