Senior Creative Strategist - Performance Marketing- Role Overview: 

As the Senior Creative Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of innovative creative strategies that elevate our performance marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft compelling creative designed to drive engagement, boost conversions, and foster revenue growth.

Senior Creative Strategist - Performance Marketing- Key Responsibilities: 

  • Research: Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies and creative execution. 
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team and outside creators to ideate and execute innovative campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. 
  • Production Process Management: Develop, implement, and enhance the LifeSeasons creative strategy and production process, targeting the production of 30 ads per month with a scalable plan to increase output to 90 ads per month. 
  • Performance Optimization: collaborate with Director of Growth to Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize creative strategies, improving overall return on ad spend (ROAS)." 
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, creative, and content teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. 
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages, analyzing results to drive continuous improvement. 

Senior Creative Strategist - Performance Marketing- Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 5 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably within e-commerce or health and wellness industries. 
  • Creative Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaign concepts and successful performance marketing initiatives. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. 
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
