As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time IT Manager to lead our IT team and support our mission of responsible growth.
Requirements and Key Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Strong background in systems management and support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Windows Desktop and Server OS administration, maintenance, and support experience
• Office 365 administration
• Firewall configuration and management (SonicWALL)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• People management skills
Preferential Qualifications:
• Mac OS administration experience
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• MDM administration experience
Compensation:
This is a long-term/permanent position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for bonuses.
Location:
This position is remote and allows you to work from home in the United States, with occasional travel to Salt Lake City, Utah (up to 5% of the time).
Responsibilities:
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the desktop and systems support team, as well as overseeing IT projects. Your knowledge of systems support will also be critical in providing backup support for the IT team. Additional responsibilities include:
• Managing vendor relationships for various IT projects
• Developing and updating project plans for IT initiatives
• Evaluating project scope and determining whether to outsource or complete in-house
• Collaborating with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions
• Preparing cost-benefit analyses and business cases for hardware and software upgrades
• Creating standardized IT training programs
• Improving IT policies, such as backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery
• Providing monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) , including help desk metrics, phishing training completion, and cybersecurity threat statistics.
