Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, comfortable making cold calls, and excited to identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and dental sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups to generate new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Present and promote company products to potential clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to order closing.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach (medical or dental industry a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
