What You’ll Do:
Security Operations & Protection
- Monitor servers, endpoints, firewalls, and networks for suspicious activity—and act fast
- Investigate and document security incidents while helping prevent future ones
- Implement and maintain robust security controls (encryption, firewall rules, VPNs, SIEM tools)
- Develop and refine security standards and best practices across the organization
- Manage and restrict access to sensitive and high-security data
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging cybersecurity threats and trends
- Support IT risk assessments, audits, and compliance efforts (including HIPAA)
End-User Support & Technical Excellence
- Serve as a trusted help desk expert for hardware, software, and security-related needs
- Troubleshoot issues hands-on across Windows systems, Active Directory, and common enterprise tools
- Guide users through new technologies and security practices with clarity and patience
- Assist with data backup and restoration processes
- Deliver a high-quality support experience that builds confidence and trust

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent years of experience) required. Minimum 3 years’ professional experience working in network, infrastructure, security, or vulnerability analysis roles.
