Job Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds: mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, litter removal, snow removal, ice melt distribution, and seasonal planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Care for sprinkler systems and ensure proper irrigation
- Coordinate and deliver vehicles for routine maintenance and cleaning, track service and repair schedules
- Complete Maintenance Repair Requests and assist with general repairs (carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
- Support Maintenance and Custodial staff
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as errands and garage upkeep
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Three years groundskeeping experience is preferred. A valid South Dakota driver’s license, and clean driving record is required.
