POSITION SUMMARY: Lifescape Colorado is hiring a Director of Marketing. The Director of Marketing is responsible for strategic planning, creative direction, content development, campaign execution, and operational coordination across all marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market within the architecture, design, and built environment sector, and the ability to translate outdoor living work into compelling, refined brand communications. This role exists to plan, create, and execute marketing initiatives that generate high‑quality outdoor living opportunities, support the growth of recurring property care revenue, and strengthen Lifescape’s position as a premium, design‑forward luxury brand. In doing so, the position directly influences client acquisition, brand equity, industry recognition, and the company’s long‑term growth and market positioning.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and manage annual and seasonal marketing plans
- Align initiatives with company growth goals across all service lines
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within design build and property care markets
- Develop and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that align messaging, timing, and brand presentation across digital, print, email, sales integration, referral, and review channels
- Provide creative leadership across all marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive, high‑end brand presence
- Set creative vision, develop clear briefs, and guide concept development for campaigns, materials, and content
- Oversee the production of marketing assets including direct mail, print collateral, presentations, proposals, and digital assets through internal coordination and external partners
- Review, refine, and approve all creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Lifescape’s brand standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative and graphic design vendors, ensuring timelines, expectations, and deliverables are met
- Maintain, document, and continuously elevate Lifescape’s brand standards across all channels and touchpoints
- Serve as brand ambassador
- Write and edit email newsletters, blog content, social media, editorials, and marketing messaging
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
- Translate complex design build projects into compelling, accessible narratives
- Manage creative and content on the Lifescape website
- Coordinate with website and SEO vendors
- Meet regularly with search engine optimization partners

- Manage complex initiatives requiring coordination across internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality or brand integrity
- Led end-to-end planning and execution of industry award submissions, overseeing project selection, photographer coordination, asset organization, and development of compelling project narratives.
- Submit projects across multiple awards and publications
- Manage editorial relationships and support PR initiatives
- Support lead generation, tracking, and conversion
- Create tools and templates that enhance the sales process
- Align marketing activity with client experience and revenue generation goals
- Manage ancillary architecture and design built environment association relationships
- Build repeatable workflows for campaigns, content production, and award submissions
- Improve efficiency, scalability, and organization across marketing operations
- Reduce reliance on ad hoc execution through documented processes
- Coordinate with agencies, photographers, publications, and production vendors
- Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all external outputs
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or director‑level role, preferably within luxury brands, architecture, design, or the built environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategy and hands‑on execution across multiple disciplines
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional writing and editorial capability
- Experience executing complex, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
- Advanced project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage vendors and external partners
- Strategic thinker with a high standard for creative excellence
- Experience with industry awards and publications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement
- Working knowledge of SEO and website content strategy
