Who we are looking for.

We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial individual with experience thriving in a startup or fast-paced environment. At a minimum, candidates should have 3-5 years of experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals. More importantly, we’re looking for someone passionate about building, a strategic thinker eager to contribute to our growth and share in our success.


Job Summary:

As Head of Business Development & Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding LifeRise Solutions’ footprint by forging strategic partnerships with luxury apartment management companies. This position reports directly to the founder and involves identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue through collaborative relationships. This is a full-time role with the potential for equity participation, offering the chance to shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with apartment management companies in the Phoenix metro area, leveraging market research and industry networks to build a robust pipeline.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of LifeRise’s services for enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, with both apartment management companies and partnering vendors who offer services on our app.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings for new partners and support seamless collaborations
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize revenue streams and expand collaborations
  • Represent LifeRise at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Contribute to sales strategies, including forecasting, reporting, and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing and potential partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury apartment market or related sectors, with a track record of managing full sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
  • Local to Phoenix or willing to relocate, with reliable transportation.


What we offer:

  • Base salary starting at $26,400, with total yearly earning potential between $58,000 and $138,000, including performance-based commissions and bonuses.
