Pay rate between $39 - $43/hour (based on experienceincluding shift differentials)

What will I do as a RN Charge Nurse?
- Establish a compassionate environment
- Promote resident's independence
- Assure quality of care
- Resolve resident problems and needs
- Document resident care services
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams
What is required in this position?
- Graduation from accrediting School of Nursing (Registered Nurse).
- Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required.
- BSN or currently pursuing degree preferred.
- Previous rehabilitation or long term care experience preferred.
