- Years of Experience : minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery (not 2 years of nursing)
- Float Requirements : not required but if it is your turn to be placed on call / flexed down, in order to get guaranteed hours you can float.
- Number of Beds : 16
- Patient Ratios : per AWHONN recommendations
