Fauquier Health’s Medical/Surgical department is a combination unit consisting of Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care, with 30 beds total between two floors. Our rapidly growing unit will elevate your nursing skills with a variety of patient cases and acuity levels, such as Cardiac, GI, Renal Failure, and Orthopedics.
How you’ll contribute
A Clinical Technician who excels in this role:
Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.
Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
Performs a variety of administrative duties to support efficient operations, including copying, faxing, and mail distribution. Maintains accurate and organized records, logs, and files as assigned.

What we’re looking for -
· High School diploma or equivalent is preferred (current high school students are exempt from diploma requirements).
· Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 7 days of hire.
· Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Virginia preferred.
· Healthcare experience preferred.
