The Accounting and Finance team ensures accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, supports audits, and collaborates across departments to strengthen financial performance. We take pride in fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail while supporting both operational and strategic goals.

An Accounts Payable Specialist who excels in this role:

• Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation, coding, and approvals prior to payment.

• Serves as an interdepartmental liaison and works with internal/external auditors to prepare for and facilitate audits.

• Ensures compliance with current accounting standards, hospital policies, and applicable laws/regulations.

• Develops analytical and departmental reports as required or requested.

• Assists with month-end close functions.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and at least two years of college coursework (preferred). Additional requirements include:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
