How you’ll contribute
A Pharmacy Supervisor who excels in this role:
- Supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
- Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily pharmacy technician staffing assignments and levels.
- Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Omnicell Superuser.
- Act as part of the sterile compounding team as a designated person.
- Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
- Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
AZ Pharmacy Technician license.
PTCB certification required.
