How you will contribute
A CT Tech who excels in this role:
- Performs high-quality CT and X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
- Ensures patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Operates and maintains imaging equipment
- Accurately documents procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes
- Adheres to infection control, radiation safety, and HIPAA regulations
What we are looking for
Applicants should have an ARRT certification in Radiology and be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Additional requirements include:
- Computed Tomography (CT) required or obtained within 1 year of hire.
- BLS certification
