As an Events Assistant you will perform tasks assigned by Events Coordinator and Team for company planned events, both for outside customers and in-house events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist Events Coordinator and Events Team to supervise the set-up, and break down of the event, such as Lifeplus University, annual diamond event, etc.
· Run general errands to aid the Event Coordinator and other members of the event team
· Assists with decorating of event space.
· Assists with special projects as assigned.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Graduate or GED
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Commitment to excellence and high standards.

· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
