What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Service Professional position at Lifepath?
SET FULL TIME SCHEDULE! Second and Third shift (includes every other weekend)
Direct Support (DSP) responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, transportation, in home and community activities and outings, program documentation, etc.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely
