WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role provides daily leadership to an assigned team by supervising, guiding, and developing staff, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and equitable scheduling needed to meet current and future performance expectations while monitoring ongoing projects. It supports Organ Recovery operations by assisting Organ Recovery Coordinators in the OR, on flyouts, and with kidney perfusion-including taking on-call shifts-and ensures recovery records are completed accurately and promptly. The position also contributes to departmental goals, upholds quality and compliance by documenting and addressing complaints, nonconformances, and accidents, and supports policy development and regulatory adherence. Additionally, it helps maintain organ recovery reporting systems by tracking import and local case data and providing timely statistical updates.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3 years organ recovery or related healthcare work experience
• 1 year supervision in role as team leader, supervisor, or manager experience
• Valid Driver's License
• CTP (Certified Transplant Professional) or within one year of hire/promotion
  

Pay Transparency Statement

$29.81 - $49.69/hourly

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
