Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Cleaning Technician role based in Dayton, TN. The Cleaning Technician will perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and BNB environments, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Responsibilities include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, emptying trash, caring for floors, and ensuring all assigned areas meet Lifemaid’s quality standards. The role may involve BNB turnovers, such as changing linens, restocking supplies, and preparing units for the next guest. The Cleaning Technician will follow safety and cleaning protocols, use company-approved products and equipment, report maintenance or safety issues, and communicate professionally with clients and team members. The schedule may include weekdays, occasional evenings, and some weekends, depending on client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with residential and/or commercial cleaning, including routine and deep cleaning tasks.
- Ability to follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and company standards with strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Dayton, TN and consistent on-time attendance.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional and respectful communication skills with clients, supervisors, and coworkers.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning methods, products, and equipment; prior experience with BNB turnovers is a plus.
