We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Advisor to support our clients and advisory team. In this vital role, you’ll take full ownership of client meeting preparation and follow-up, ensuring each client has an exceptional client experience and timely action on all deliverables. You’ll also serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and career growth within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and deliver all materials required for client meetings.
  • Document and execute follow-up tasks after each meeting, ensuring timely completion of client action items.
  • Confidently run client review meetings with guidance and support from senior advisors and partners.  
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by serving as a reliable point of contact.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication to clients regarding plan updates, progress, and next steps.
  • Execute equity, fixed income, mutual fund and annuity transactions under the direction of the trading team. 
  • Support the development of client presentations, events, and experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in client service and contribute to firm-wide projects.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward or completion of industry designations (Series 65, CFP®, BFA™, Insurance licenses) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to learn and master financial planning software, investment processes, and firm systems.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
