Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and deliver all materials required for client meetings.
- Document and execute follow-up tasks after each meeting, ensuring timely completion of client action items.
- Confidently run client review meetings with guidance and support from senior advisors and partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by serving as a reliable point of contact.
- Provide clear and proactive communication to clients regarding plan updates, progress, and next steps.
- Execute equity, fixed income, mutual fund and annuity transactions under the direction of the trading team.
- Support the development of client presentations, events, and experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in client service and contribute to firm-wide projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward or completion of industry designations (Series 65, CFP®, BFA™, Insurance licenses) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to learn and master financial planning software, investment processes, and firm systems.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
